Day 1:

Arrival in Arusha

• Arrival: After a long journey, arrive in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s northern circuit. Check into your comfortable accommodation and take some time to unwind.
• Dinner: Enjoy a delicious dinner at your lodge or hotel, savoring local flavors and preparing for the adventure ahead.

Day 2:

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

• Morning: Depart from Arusha after breakfast. On your way to Lake Manyara National Park, make a cultural stop at the Maasai Cultural Museum. Learn about the Maasai people’s traditions, art, and way of life.
• Afternoon: Arrive at Lake Manyara and embark on your first game drive. Keep an eye out for tree-climbing lions, you’ll be able to also spot elephants, and diverse birdlife.
• Overnight: Stay at a lodge or camp near Lake Manyara.

Day 3:

Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

• Morning: Drive to the iconic Serengeti National Park. Witness the vast plains, wildebeest herds, and resident predators.
• Afternoon: Enjoy an exciting game drive in the Serengeti. Spot lions, cheetahs, and perhaps even a leopard.
• Overnight: Camp or lodge in the heart of the Serengeti.

Day 4-5:

Serengeti Exploration

• Full Days: Spend two full days exploring the Serengeti. Witness the Great Migration (seasonal) and marvel at the endless savannah. Visit the Serengeti Visitor Center to learn about conservation efforts.
• Optional Hot Air Balloon Safari: Consider an early morning hot air balloon ride for a unique perspective (additional cost).
• Overnights: Continue staying in your Serengeti accommodation.

Day 6:

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

• Morning: Depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• Afternoon: Explore the crater floor, home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including rhinos, lions, and hippos.
• Evening: Dinner and Lodging at Ngorongoro.

Day 7:

Tarangire National Park

• Morning: Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees.Enjoy a game drive in Tarangire, spotting giraffes, zebras, and colorful bird species.
• Afternoon: Drive back to Arusha in preparation for ending your trip.

Day 8:

Departure

• Morning: Shopping/packing
• Departure: Catch your flight home or continue your African adventure.
